These dry carbon fiber front doors are manufactured in-house by SPAN Racing Technology in Saitama, Japan. Precisely molded from factory doors, they retain the factory exterior shape while achieving extreme weight reduction for serious motorsport applications.

Engineered for competition-focused builds, these doors deliver significant performance advantages while maintaining compatibility with key factory components.

Factory component compatibility
Compatible with OEM side mirrors; however, installation of door-mounted components such as mirrors, interior door handles, and exterior door handles requires modification to the door itself, including drilling and/or cutting.

Motorsport-focused construction
Ideal for time attack, rally and other competitive applications where weight reduction is critical

Design & Function
These doors are purpose-built for weight reduction and motorsport performance.

While maintaining OEM exterior styling, they are not intended for full factory-equivalent functionality. To achieve maximum weight savings, compatibility with certain factory components is limited.

Window Recommendation

Use of OEM glass windows is not recommended.

These doors are designed to be used with:

・Fixed (non-operable) windows

・Polycarbonate (Lexan) window setups

This ensures proper fitment, safety, and maximum weight reduction.

Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Minor drilling may be required depending on installation setup.

Due to the lightweight motorsport design, additional setup or modification may be required depending on vehicle configuration.
