Please contact for special orders or large items since some products are not allowed to be shipped to home or personal addresses

Shipping within Japan will be automated and calculated when checking out. We recommend customers purchasing products from outside of Japan to request for an estimate before checkout. An estimate including shipping and handling will be sent electronically
If purchased without estimates and requests we will charge you for the shipping and handling fees

If the recipient is absent from receiving ordered products please contact the postal carrier
If the product is returned because of the absence of the recipient any fees including product and shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded
